About Us

Our accommodation team is available to help students with day to day questions and accommodation related support.

Students can speak to the team for help with:

We want students to feel supported throughout their stay and encourage residents to contact the team whenever they need assistance.

Maintenance and Repairs

If students experience maintenance issues within their room or communal areas, these should be reported to the accommodation team as soon as possible.

Our maintenance staff work to resolve issues quickly and help ensure students remain comfortable throughout their tenancy.

Wellbeing and Mental Health Support

Starting university and living independently can sometimes affect student wellbeing.
At Hub Students Dundee, we encourage students to speak up if they are struggling or feeling overwhelmed. Students can also access additional support through university wellbeing and student support services where required.
